About Our Men's Teams

Our Men’s team was founded in 1981. It’s goal was to provide adults an outlet through the sport of rugby. We have built a strong reputation for excellence on and off the field. This has been shown through our community service and, most recently, winning the Southeast Regional Championship in 2022.

Our club is made up of a diverse group of players and coaches who are passionate about the sport of rugby. Our program is catered towards players of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced veterans. Our coaching staff is experienced, with over 20 years of coaching knowledge. They work tirelessly to help our players improve their skills and reach their full potential, on and off the field.

We place a strong emphasis on Community, Camaraderie, and Teamwork. We are actively involved in the community through volunteering for events hosted by the city.

If you are interested in learning more about our team, please feel free to get in touch with us directly. We are always happy to hear from potential players, sponsors, and supporters, and look forward to sharing our love of rugby with you.

We expect players to attend as many practices and games as available. Players should respect all members of our organization. They should also communicate with coaching staff to ensure all needs are met.

Practice Equipment: athletic clothing. Mouthguard and cleats are recommended.

Game Equipment: We provide jerseys and shorts on match day. Bring yourself, cleats, and a mouthguard.

How to Join

We have made becoming a member extremely easy. Our dues cover only the essentials to ensure there is plenty of training, games, and fun! If you’re unsure, just come to a practice and try us out!

Membership

No person shall be denied membership due to color, creed, physical ability, race, religion, or sex. Membership is awarded to individuals who are active, dues paying members.

DUES
Dues help us pay for the cost of a season. Each season we must rent practice space and account for game day expenses: field rental, referee, training staff, and post match social. When determining this cost, we want to keep it as affordable as possible. Our goal is to be able to afford the above expenses with the cost of dues.

We tier our dues based on seniority.

  • Rookies, students (undergrad), and non-playing members dues are $50 per season. A “rookie” is a member who has not elapsed one calendar year since joining.
  • Veterans dues are $100 per season. a “veteran” is a member that has had one year or greater, calendar time, elapsed since joining.

We do not want cost to be a factor for anyone. Ask about our financial services.
