We are currently seeking women to grow a Women’s Program with Johnson City Rugby.
Our Club, overall, has consistently seen growth over the last several years. Our goal is to provide players and coaches with growth opportunities. We want to support you to reach the highest level that you want to play at. If you’re just here to hang out with your friends on the team, that’s great! Our team culture will grow even more having you around. If you’re trying to make it to the national level, reach for the stars! Our teams competition level will only get higher having you on our team
Coaching Staff
Our experienced coaching staff has 20+ years of rugby experience combined. Our Head Coach, Adam Jasenak, has coached 2 players that reached the professional level and one of those two played for the Eagles 7’s team. Our Assistant Coach, Ryan Owens, has played rugby for Johnson City for 8 years.
We are proud of the fact that we have had ZERO injuries in the contact area in 3 years!
Commitment
Practice: Tuesday and Thursday
Game Day: Saturday’s
Our Women’s Program will have friendlies with nearby clubs to develop. Friendly tests can last as short as a year, then we can register the team into matrix play. We practice and play games at Indian Trail Intermediate School. The Women will practice at the same time as the men to develop their skills to the high level of the Men’s Program

If you’re not sold yet, just come to one practice and check us out! If you come to a Thursday practice, we go out to our bar for food and drinks afterwards. This is a great opportunity to get to meet some of team!
