4 June 2022 Johnson City Rugby hosted a successful re-introduction of the Blue Plum 7’s Tournament!
This years tournament featured Johnson City Rugby, Knoxville Rugby, Asheville Rugby, McMinn County Highlanders, Radford University Rugby, and two Tennessee Selects teams.
We want to congratulate the Tennessee Selects Red team on their victory over Asheville Rugby in the final with a score of 24-5.

This tournament will be held in conjunction with the Blue Plum Festival on the first weekend of June. This is a great tournament for teams all around to participate in a competitive social tournament. Our goal is to provide teams with a chance to have fun and play in one of the first tournaments of the 7’s season.
